Direct Entry

Using this method, you can submit your songs directly to the GASC by e-mail. Follow these easy steps. When we receive and process your songs we'll send you an entry confirmation and Judging schedule.

An entry fee of $35 is required for each song. There is a limit of 10 songs per songwriter per year. Use the form below to quickly calculate entry fees.

Enter GASC by Direct E-mail:

First, click HERE, then type your name in the subject line and include the following items:

1. Your name, address and phone number.

2. Titles of your songs and category you wish to enter.

3. Attach audio files of your songs. MP3s are preferred. (Entries in the Lyric Only category require no audio recording.)

4. Include lyrics to each song you enter. (Entries in the Instrumental category, of course, require no lyrics.)

5. E-mail these items to GASC and pay your entry fees with a credit card using the secure form below. (Click drop-down arrow to calculate entry fees.)
