Artist: Keith Hill

The Christian category winner of the 10th Annual Great American Song Contest is Keith Hill from Rutherfordton N.C.

Keith's inspirational song "When God Moves A Stone" earned accolades from contest Judges for its "powerful and persuasive lyric" and "exceptionally well-crafted melodic composition."

Keith began writing songs in his teens, he says, but only recently has he started getting serious about the craft.

"My goal is to take what I've learned and reach more and more people with my songs," he says. "I hope someday I'll reach a larger audience with my music."

His philosophy on songwriting is clear and direct: "I believe music should move you,' he says, "and the lyrics should remind your soul of feelings you have hidden deep within, or heighten those you keep close to your heart."
