Note:
All entrants in the Great American Song Contest are sent entry confirmations
and a judging schedule when their songs are entered and processed.
If for
some reason you didn't receive a schedule, it's likely due to a spam-filter
issue. The best way to avoid missing GASC updates is to add our address

JUDGING SCHEDULE
Dear
GASC Songwriter,
Thank
you for participating in the 13th
Annual Great American Song Contest.
Following
our deadline, all songs are sorted and assigned to appropriate judges.
The evaluation process continues through the various levels of judging
until all songs from all categories are reviewed.
The complete
judging process takes a minimum of 10 to 12 weeks. That's because
every song gets a thorough review from the judges. And unlike
other contests, the Great American Song Contest
provides entrants with written evaluations of their songs (unless,
of course, you entered in the "No Evaluation" category.)
After
the judging is complete the results will be announced on the Great
American Song website March 30.
Winners will be contacted prior to that date.
The judges'
evaluations and a contest summary will be sent to entrants approximately
2 weeks
after winners are announced.
Entrants
also receive a free 45-Day
All-Access Pass to SongU.com,
a $50 value. (The membership sign-up info will be included in the
aforementioned contest summary.)
Thank
you for participating in our event. We wish you the very best in your
songwriting success.
