Artist: Janet Preus

The beautiful and touching "I Love You, Annie" won First Place in the Pop category of the Great American Song Contest 2000. Judges were impressed by the "powerful emotional quality" of the song. In addition to popular music, Janet writes musicals and light opera. She is Director of Theater at the Fergus Falls Community College in Minnesota and has produced one CD, entitled "Hersongs." She currently works with other writers on a variety of musical projects.
